INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Honey
- 2 tbsp chia Seeds
- 1 tsp GoldynGlow Turmeric Superfood Blend
- 1/2 banana (sliced) - optional
- Granola - optional
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the milk, chia seeds, GoldynGlow blend of choice, and honey into a mason jar (or container of your choice).
- Mix together until chia seeds are incorporated into the milk.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
